Unfortunatelly we are unable to reduce the prices. The empire wide demand is so high at the moment, that the stock wont last too long.
I apologize for this.
If you need mining crystals we would be glad to contract them to you for the prices we published.
Please note, that the prices are set to make it worth to buy larger quantities.
We are not in the position to contract 2-3 crystals at a time and that is also not our intention.

I am very happy that there is a post form both of you right after each other. As I mentioned earlier the connection between the 2 of you were pretty obvious from our market transaction logs, so thanks for confirming it.
Kunoichi - we are unsure if the 2 of you worked together in the past or you are just a "victim" of the situations, but as we stated earlier we respectfully decline your order. We are not intending to change our position in this case. We are also sure Lord XSiV will be happy to help you with this quantity. He was the one we referred to as your other source. If the reasons of our decision are not clear to you, please, consult with Lord XSiV, he will be able to assist you with the answers.
Regarding your other question - as you know the market is continuously changing. We try to follow the market up- and downturns to be competitive, so we constantly update our prices. Orders - assuming they are to be processed - were always completed at those price levels, which were actual whenever the order was placed, no matter how the market changed. However, we are not willing to go into a pointless discussion like this.
Lord XSiV - seems you prefer forum posts instead of face-to-face discussions, so let us also answering your questions here. However, we would like to point out in advance that Moderators are not a part of our team. ...To keep in line with the forum rules and the request by the moderator (who deleted my previous post that followed the rules) here are my questions to the retailer:
1. Do you have a list of who you will sell to and who you will not?
2. Why are your prices upwards of 400% mark up over production costs?
3. Do you actually sell at the prices you list on the first page?
Question 1 - We have no "blacklist", because the products are available to everyone. In this case we just gladly forwarded you a nice business from one of your friend. Simply take it as a kind surprise from a fellow crystal seller and please service the need of the customer in the future also. We assume that the price must be acceptable for you as well because that is the price level you were selling crystals for like a week. Strange tho, that prices climbed back to the usual level pretty fast after the order was placed.
Question 2 - This is a brilliant question about prices and profit. We just followed your prices so I am also wondering about a response from you.
Question 3 - Another damn good question. I would recommend to contact the players who placed orders with us in the past months. There are some pretty well known pilots too. If you need some sort of a support to identify them, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Finishing the topic we really hope we could get all of your questions answered.
From now on we do not intend to invest any further efforts into this because as the Lord of Hulks taught us: "Time is ISK".

Hello Ehris,
It is really hard to predict because all of the raw materials are under constant speculations so their price is hectic, which has an effect on the manufacturing cost. However, what is more effecting the price is the actual demand. Some of the crystals are stable for weeks, some have noticeable price changes almost daily.
It is pretty hard to predict what will happen within a week or two.
If you need more details we will be happy to assist you in-game at any time it suits you.

The new VGA has been delivered and it turned out that the old card most likely damaged the motherboard as well so the computer is complelty down.
I can log on to the forum through my cell or at my workplace but I am unable to launch the client anywhere at the moment.
I advise - if your orders are urgent - to purchase the crystals from the market because replacing the motherboard and the VGA at once means I gotta change the processor and RAM modules as well.
ETA of the components = next week.

Hello Guys,
RL kept me away from EVE in the past months but business is getting back to more or less normal within a few days.
Production has been restarted, stock replacement is almost in place everywhere.
I expect a reopening and a price update within 2-3 days and contracts will be available also within the same time.
Expect an actual price update also this week, cause the prices from April are quite outdated.
I apologize for the trouble that might have been caused.

FYI - we will honor our prices from April for all orders placed until Aug 10. New prices will be posted on Aug 11 and all ingame or forum orders with a timestamp of Aug 11 or later will have a price update.
I hope this will ease the inconveniences that might have been caused.
